School Dance and Prom DJ for Niagara and Hamilton
Proms, dances, grads: big sound, safe setup. Escarpment Sound Solution is a five-DJ crew from Welland with our own sound and lights, and we play school nights across Niagara and Hamilton. Student councils and teacher advisors, send us the date and the gym or hall, and we will quote it.

Sized to the Gym or the Hall
Every booking includes the DJ, a powered PA sized to the room, standard dance-floor lighting, a booth, stands, and one microphone. A dance of up to about 120 fits the Standard Package. A prom or a full gym of up to about 200 fits the Premium Package, with subwoofer support.

Lights and Microphones
Standard dance-floor lighting comes with every booking. The Party Lighting Upgrade, $110, is the step up: upgraded lighting to bring your dance floor to life, and the first add-on we suggest for a prom.
Announcements or awards? An Extra Microphone is $35, so the teacher on the mic has one of their own. A second gym or a hallway to cover? Additional Speaker, $75 each.
Booking a School Night
Call, email, or use the form. We confirm the date, send a quote, and you sign the e-contract and pay a 50% deposit to hold the date. Final invoice on the day, balance within five business days, no HST. The first 30 km from Welland is included. Past that it is $0.85 per km one way.

FAQs
School Dance DJ Questions
Can you fill a school gym?
Yes. A gym of up to about 200 fits the Premium Package, with subwoofer support. Tell us the room and the headcount and we size the PA to it.
How far ahead should a school book?
The sooner the better, popular dates go first. A signed e-contract and a 50% deposit hold a date. A maybe does not.
What if the dance is cancelled?
Seven or more days before the event, the deposit is refunded in full. Inside seven days the deposit is non-refundable, and within 24 hours the full contracted amount is due. One reschedule is allowed with seven days notice, subject to availability.
