A Night That Becomes a Habit
A weekly night works when the same crew turns up every week with the same energy. We run Friday karaoke and music trivia at Il Forno in Welland and DJ Night Sundays at Park Bar, and we build each night around the room: the crowd it draws, the hours that fill it, and the sound it can take.
Bar and Club are event types on our agreement, so a residency is a standard booking, not a favour. Tell us the night you want to own and we will tell you what it takes.

What a Resident-Quality Setup Costs
Pricing goes by headcount and hours, the same as every booking. Every tier includes the DJ, a powered PA sized to the room, standard dance-floor lighting, a booth, stands, and one microphone.
- Minimum Package, $175: a small room or a patio, up to about 50 guests, 2 hour minimum, then $65 per hour
- Standard Package, $275: a full bar, up to about 120 guests, 3 hour minimum, then $85 per hour
- Premium Package, $500: a club floor with subwoofer support, up to about 200 guests, 4 hour minimum, then $110 per hour
A patio or a second room needs its own sound: Additional Speaker, $75 each. The Party Lighting Upgrade, $110, is the step up from standard dance-floor lighting.
Karaoke and Music Trivia Nights
The Karaoke Party Bundle is $175 on top of any package: hosted karaoke, a song library, screen output, and extra microphones. Hosted means a DJ runs the queue, hypes the shy ones, and keeps the night moving. Music trivia runs the same way, with a host on the microphone and the DJ playing the answers.
Speeches, a host, or a second singer? An Extra Microphone is $35.
Weekly Bookings, Built In
Recurring bookings are part of our agreement. Seven days of notice cancels a date without charge, so a slow week never costs you a night. Each date is invoiced on the day of the event and the balance is due within five business days. No HST.
Call, email, or use the form. We confirm the night, send a quote, and you sign the e-contract. A 50% deposit secures a date; a weekly night runs on the same terms each week.

Will you do a weekly bar or club night?
Yes. Bar and Club are event types on our agreement, and recurring weekly bookings are built in: seven days of notice cancels a date without charge. Talk to us about the night you want to own.
Do we need our own sound system?
No. Every package includes a powered PA sized to the room, a booth, stands, and a microphone. If your room has a house system we are happy to use, tell us and we will quote around it.
Can one night be karaoke and trivia together?
Yes. That is how our Friday night in Welland runs: music trivia early, karaoke after. The Karaoke Party Bundle covers the hosting, the library, the screen, and the microphones.
