Escarpment Sound Solution plays fundraisers, galas, and community events across Niagara and Hamilton from our base in Welland: a five-DJ crew with our own sound and lights, and a signed e-contract and deposit on every booking, so the committee never has to worry.

Dinner, the Program, Then the Floor
Fundraisers and community outreach are an event type written into our standard agreement, and so is background music. We keep the music low and right for the room through dinner and the program, then bring the floor up when you give the nod. A community event wants a PA that reaches the whole crowd, and we size it to the room.
Microphones and the Run of Show
Every booking includes one microphone, wired or wireless. Running a program? Add an Extra Microphone at $35 each so the emcee, the speakers, and the award winners are never passing one mic down the head table. Send us the run of show and we cue the walk-ups and keep it on time.
Premium Event Production for the Big Night
When the night needs more, Premium Event Production ($325) adds enhanced sound, premium lighting, MC service, and early setup. MC service means a DJ on the mic so your host can host. Pair it with the Premium Package ($500, up to about 200 guests, up to 4 hrs, then $110/hr) or the Extra-Large Package ($1000, 200+ guests, full team production, custom hours quoted at booking).

- Standard Package, $275: up to about 120 guests, 3 hour minimum, then $85 per hour
- Premium Package, $500: up to about 200 guests, 4 hour minimum, then $110 per hour

Travel within 30 km of Welland is included. A 50% deposit secures your date. No HST. See every package and add-on.

Fundraiser & Gala DJ Questions
Can you play background music through dinner and then open the floor?
Yes. Background music is one of the event types on our agreement. We keep it low and right for the room through dinner, then bring the floor up when you give the nod.
What if the event runs long?
Overtime is billed at your package's hourly rate: $85/hr on Standard, $110/hr on Premium. Overtime decided on the day adds a $20 surcharge on top, so pre-book the hours you think you will need.
Do you travel to Hamilton?
Yes. The first 30 km from Welland is included. Beyond that, travel is $0.85 per km one way, and events past 75 km may carry a higher minimum booking. It is all on the quote before you sign.
