Our Wedding Reception Planning Guide has been created through an in-depth study of the special needs of over 2500 weddings.

Our planner currently covers 160+ individual points to ensure that every detail is covered - from before the guests arrive - to the time we say goodnight!

It's also packed with helpful hints to simplify your planning process.

Our planning guide is now also available On-Line in our special secure "Client Lounge".

Now, any time you get an idea regarding your day, you can go on-line and add it to your reception planner, secure in the fact that no one can make changes without your special password.


Pre-Event Planning

Your personal DJ/Entertainer will meet with you in the month prior to your event to review your wedding planner to ensure that everyone knows what is supposed to happen, and when.

We are available for both daytime and evening meetings during the week.

Your DJ/Entertainer will also have access to the music collection that will arrive at your wedding – just in case you’d like to hear a particular song.

Wedding Ceremonies...

We can provide everything necessary to bring music to your ceremony. We will welcome your guests with your choice of beautiful classical or instrumental background music starting 30 minutes prior to the Ceremony.


During our Pre-Event wedding consultation, we will also help you to select the perfect music for your processional, register signing and recessional. We have thousands of musical selections available to help make choosing the perfect music easy.

Our packages include a complete audio system with two CD players to provide a picture perfect mix of music.

Are you planning on having singers or live musicians at your wedding? We also have a large assortment of micro P.A. systems available designed for live music and vocal presentations.


Planning Information...

Have you been wondering what songs have been popular on the dance floor this year? Our "Top 200" dance music list is available on our Music Database page.

It's a current reflection of what people are requesting now - as it changes based upon the number of requests that come in for each song.

Our "Client Lounge" will also provide you with almost 600 song ideas if you're looking for the perfect First & Last Songs, Parents Dances, and Bouquet and Garter song suggestions.

These special lists have been developed from weddings we've played over the last 6 months.

We'll also happily provide you with International music lists, theme music lists, and lots of other ideas if you have special music needs.
